Jen Lonon is the Billing Specialist at Life Law, where she plays a vital role in managing invoices, addressing billing inquiries, and assisting clients with retainers. In addition to her billing responsibilities, Jen is often the first point of contact for clients, answering the phone and ensuring that everyone who reaches out to the firm is greeted with a warm, welcoming attitude.
With her approachable and bubbly personality, Jen fosters positive relationships with clients, making sure they feel supported and informed throughout their experience. She takes great pride in her ability to help clients navigate the billing process smoothly and clearly, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Outside of her work at Life Law, Jen is a devoted mother to her son and enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, Joey. She also has a great love for her animals—especially her puppies and horses. When she's not spending time with her family or animals, Jen enjoys being outdoors and working on her family’s farm, embracing the peace and fulfillment that comes from nature and hard work.
